REVERSALS

  • This plugin is sending too much data to PayPal and causing reversals by on PayPal looking at the movie titles I am selling and cancelling orders. Satan, Czech, Mental Health…. all key words that evidently trigger Paypal’s compliance checks.Not to mention just randomly failing orders that have no issue.

    We brought this up with our partners at PayPal, but the information sent by the plugin should not have any impact on eventual security systems from PayPal.
    We couldn’t tell much more without access log files, but hope you were able to get this clarified with the PayPal MTS.
