Reverse chronological order – confused??

Have you tried switching to the 2010 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

I am currently using the 2010 theme but I did try a different theme however it didnt rectify the problem.
I’ll try another theme just to be sure.

2010 is far from perfect but it shouldn’t create a post listing issues (assuming you haven’t amended any of the template files). Try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Well I have no idea what I’m doing

pages posts comments categories etc etc…. wordpress is far to confusing

there are only comments on the front page at the moment; i can’t see any posts.

to change the sequence of the comments, check ‘admin’ ‘settings’ ‘discussion’ ‘other comments settings – Comments should be displayed with the ‘newer’ comments at the top of each page’

make sure to select ‘newer’
