Reverse list of up-sell products

Not sure if title is understandable, but I’m trying to find a way to – in the admin – display which product pages an up-sell product is showing on.
This is the scenario: I have a product called Widget A, which is listed as an up-sell on many product pages (Widgets B, E, K, S, W). I now want to remove widget A, but I want to add a new up-sell product to all the products where Widget A currently shows as an up-sell. If I have 500 products, I wont remember which product pages I’ve added Widget A as an up-sell.
What would be really useful would be to look at a product in the admin and see a list of all the other product pages this product is listed as an up-sell. This could either be on the “Linked Products” tab, or in a separate section.
I can’t find anything like this, but perhaps I’m searching for the wrong thing? If anyone has any ideas, it would be great to hear them.
