Reverse Withdrawal Only For Local Pick-up

    Hello, Is there a way to enable reverse withdrawal only when the order is Local-Pickup along with COD.

    Currently there is a option to enable reverse withdrawal only for payment methods. Please can you provide me any snippets or code so that i will be able to set condition for reverse withdrawals when the order is selected as local pick-up with cash on delivery ONLY!
