I don’t seem to understand how this reverse withdrawal works, I have it set to “amount limit” with threshold of #200 for a test, which I thought this has to do with payment of #200 on cash on delivery order per product. See screenshot of backend configuration https://prnt.sc/ABm-9rsosqdT

unfortunately i tested with one cash on delivery order but displaying alot of money to be paid. Here’s a screenshot https://prnt.sc/lO0LasnKCBUK

    Can anyone help with this?

    Hi @yurbshop21

The Reverse Withdrawal feature is unavailable in the Dokan lite plugin. Since it is prohibited to discuss any topic about commercial products in this forum, I am unable to assist you further regarding this topic. Please take a look at the Forum Guidelines.

I recommend you contact the Dokan team directly via their official Support Channel for better guidance.

    Cheers!

    Hi @yurbshop21,

The Reverse Withdrawal Payment is a free feature of the Dokan plugin.

The Reverse Balance Threshold setting means the store/vendor will work ordinarily till the setting field value. If the amount crosses more than that, the store/vendor will lose a few access based on the After Grace Period setting.

As you set the Reverse Balance Threshold to 200, it means vendors’ stores will work without any problem until the pending reverse withdrawal amount crosses over 200.

From your shared screenshot, it seems the store has ?11740 as a pending reverse withdrawal amount that crosses the minimum limit/withdrawal threshold amount. So, now customers cannot purchase products from that store as your After Grace Period setting is Disable Add to Cart button.

In that case, the vendor needs to pay the amount by clicking on the Pay Now button.

You can read the doc for further information: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/withdraw/dokan-reverse-withdrawal/.

    Thanks!
