Reversing 'bucket name in path'

Have a site that uses WP Offload S3 and also has files on local server (Remove Files From Server has always been off/inactive)

We now need to stop using S3 (Moving host).
Has anyone figured out how to reverse the bucket URL’s from S3 to local server.
i.e. from –
https://s3?eu?west?1.amazonaws.com/….domain…./wp?content/uploads/2016/02/17143716/photo.jpg

Back to
https://……domain……/wp?content/uploads/2016/02/17143752/photo.jpg

If I switch Domain form Bucket name in path to Bucket name as domain all photo’s video’s disappear.
It would save so much work if I knew a way to rewrite all URL references to the local site.

Any pointers?
