Revert Site Address URL

Hello,
I had admin access to expertsection.com, and I changed the site address to templatesinc.com <https://templatesinc.com/> in the general settings. Now, I no longer have access to the admin page as it wouldn’t let me log in. My username is mtqs2g and it is no longer recognizing it. When I go to https://www.expertsection.com/wp-admin <https://www.expertsection.com/wp-admin>, it redirects me to templatesinc log in, however, none of the content on expert section transfers over to templatesinc.com <https://templatesinc.com/>. How do I reverse this? Even when I go to expertsection.com now, the landing themes has been distorted. Please help me fix this.I visited this page, but I’m not even able to log into the expertsection admin so I don’t know where to find the wp-config.php file.
