    Can it be possible to rever this update in the last version: Improved purging of current page by using post_id instead of URL?
    Use custom urls for 3rd party plugin not based on post_id

    Hello,

    You can use w3tc_flush_url( $url );
    It correctly flushes cache entry for query-string urls for cache engines other than disk: enhanced.
