Review Block – Unable to add Offer details

Hi @shreen2008! Have you tried typing a new value into the input box for the offer currency? You can replace USD with anything else. Same thing goes for the offer price. We’re currently unable to check on our end if WP Review Pro is affecting our review block. However, you can try deactivating WP Review Pro before editing the offer details.

Hi @alexius08 I have completely removed the WP Review Pro plugin. I also disabled all the other plugins. But I’m still unable to enter the offer details like offer type, price, currency etc. Please look into the issue.

I’m using GP theme and DreamHost hosting.

I really like the Review block. I migrated from WP Review Pro also. But I’m still unable to enter the offer details. I tested it on two of my sites. But they are not working. I already disabled all the plugins, except your plugin. But it still didnt work. I also cleaned up my DB. But no result.

Please look into the issue.

Hi @shreen2008! Someone else reported an issue with our review block that’s similar to yours, and we’re finally able to reproduce the issue you have. In that case, the item type was set to SoftwareApplication; in your case, the item subtype was set to a subtype of the SoftwareApplication type. We’re currently looking through other possible cases within the Review block where this issue would come up and make fixes for each case. For the meantime, you may temporarily set the item type to Product to ensure that you’d be able to edit the offer details.

@alexius08 . Thanks a ton for the new version. I updated to the new version and Offer details are working as expected. I tested with the SoftwareApplication and its sub-category and was successful.
