    I’m using this plugin to prompt customers to visit our facebook page and give us a review. due to the fact im running an online restaurant i do not want to prompt them after every order, as we are getting frequent orders from people who have already reviewed us.

    Any way to just have this email go out only once to them. I would like an option basically that checks if that customer email has been emailed before. If so then not to send. Advice please, thanks

    Hi @seoptseseo,

    There is a way to do this, however you have to have ShopMagic PRO and its add-on Advanced Filters. In this add-on there’s a filter, which you can use to set, how many times a specified automation should run for a customer.
