    Guys,

This has been an ongoing problem. When I put the Review Block into a pattern (a reusable block), most of the time it’s no longer recognized by the Review Comparison Table during the build time. That happens MOST OF THE TIME but not all the time. This table, for example:

the only recognizable Review Block is that of the MSI Radix AXE6600. For the rest, I have to manually enter the Page ID and Block ID.

    Please help!

    -Dong.

    Hi @ngodong,

Thank you for using Otter Blocks and for reaching out to us!

The Review Comparison table?is no longer part of the Otter Blocks, from a few versions ago. We will update the docs too to remove any possible confusion. It is available in the premium version of the plug-in, through an integration with the Neve theme.

Could you make sure that you are using the latest version of Otter Blocks to make sure everything runs smoothly?

Let us know if you need help with anything else!

    Kind regards,

    Mara

I’m confused. I use the latest version of the Otter Pro plugin. And the Review Comparison Table is one of the available blocks. And I got to this support page from a link within the plugin itself. What am I missing?

In any case, the said issue has always been there.

    Hi @ngodong,

I apologize for the confusion earlier, and thank you for pointing that out.

Since you are using the Pro version of Otter, we would love to help you directly through our dedicated support channels. The guidelines limit us to providing support here only for the free version.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! If you ever need help with anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Mara
