Review confused

    Hi. After long way, i just recognize that “Review” leaved on product, did not store in “vendor review” Is it correct?

    Example: WC Vendor
    If i leave rating for product A, B
    Under these product i see my rating

    Then i go to vendor store
    I also see:
    my-usernam oooooo
    Date
    Product-name (a.link)
    Review content

    But your plugin make vendor get lost. Buyer very lazy to rating, they only rating on exactly product. No-one going to rating 2 time on each purchase.
    Issue 1: Rating only appear in each single product, make vendor have very little even no rating data in vendor page
    Issue 2: hard for vendor to build trusted. Because buyer want to buy product C (without any rating, buyer just see how rating of store, buyer lazy/even they can not know which exactly product has rating in listing 100 products to count trusted of this seller)

    Finaly can you update this to be similar wc vendor?

  • @thedream09 As per default flow of WC Marketplace, vendor review and product reviews are separate things.

    Now, we are thinking to add a section in vendor’s page where the customer can also see the product’s review in our future update. We will keep you posted.

    Thank you so much. This will be very meaning update for user of wc-marketplace. Help us sale more by reasonable rating system.
