Review count is not updating…

  • The number of reviews I have (according to the widget on my webpage) is incorrect.
    When a new review comes in the number is NOT incrementing.

    Kinda makes the hole thing pointless :-/

    My colleagues are already investigating the issue. If it is an error, we will fix it.

    (And a comment: Automatic review updating is a paid package feature)

    However, we hope that you will not find the plugin so useless (as you are also using the free version on your own page) and will improve your star rating.

    Hello @misubisu ,

    We have finished the “investigation”. After manual refreshing, the stat numbers (like total number of reviews) are refreshed as well. So please clarify your problem with our plugin.
