Review does not appear in pending reviews

    I can submit a review. But it wil not appear on the site or in the pending reviews box.

    I can’t seem to figure out where I go wrong.

    I use the general form: [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM]

    And this shortcode in the widget [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW num=”all”]
    And the widget itself

    As the site is not online yet, I can’t show the page or URL.

    Does your site have the WordFence plugin installed and active on it?

    We finally discovered the cause of this and released a fix in 1.8.9! However, we’re receiving reports of that version breaking pages and/or conflicting with the theme. We’ve yet to reproduce it. But are gathering info as quickly as we can. So wait until we released 1.8.9.1 (or it might be 1.9.0) with fixes for whatever is causing this. Once you update, this should be fixed.
