review does not work

when trying to leave a review on a purchased product i get the message there was a critical error in your website

This sounds like it could be a conflict from either your theme or another plugin.

With that said, I’d recommend you switch to a default theme, like Storefront, to see if the issue persists. If the issue goes away, then you’ll need to contact your theme author to resolve this. If the issue is still there, then you’ll need to disable all your plugins, except for WooCommerce, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please re-enable your features one at a time until it breaks again, and then contact the author of the conflicting plugin for further help.

Hi changinf theme is breaking the site with the same message

I enabled debbugin and i got the bellow. So something is missing from ddb.

It sounds like this could be a plugin conflict rather than a theme conflict.

I would recommend you deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, please feel free to send us your System Status Report to help us troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
