    Hi is there a way you can update your export csv to include the product name not just Id as this doesnt work with exporting and importing data.

  • Hi team.

    I’m very frustrated. I’m using this plugin and displaying reviews in single product page. Submit form works fine but it does not show images attached to the reviews on the frontend. these are showing in media libarary in backend whenever we upload image in review form and submit. I have used picture shortcode parameter as well to true but its not working. you can check it on price-watcher.com

    Please let me know what could be the issue? I tried many plugins, but same issue, settings enabled in the plugin settings as well but still unfortune. is it something woocommerce issue? I tried many solutions

    Hi @elfboss

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Currently, our plugin doesn’t support displaying the product name (title) in the export file. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this in future updates.

    @sabir184 please create a new topic with some screenshots and details of the issue.

    How do you suggest we export these and use the export feature if it doesn’t contain product name. ?

    As i need these to move to our shopify store
