Review for a specific product

Thanks for using CusRev

The attribute products is set to current by default so the all reviews shortcode will show the reviews of the current product. You can also ensure by adding it to the shortcode on your site.

[cusrev_all_reviews add_review="true" products="current"]

I replaced it with [cusrev_all_reviews add_review=”true” products=”current”] but the same review is used for all products

I just deleted the old review since it’s a fighting site.

It looks like a shop review. You can go to admin area > Reviews > Reviews and recheck this.

If you add the review from the form by clicking on the button “Add a review” in the summary bar, it would be a shop review. Currently, our plugin only supports submitting shop reviews from the all reviews shortcode.

To fix this issue, please set the attribute “shop_reviews” in the shortcode to “false”.

[cusrev_all_reviews add_review="true" products="current" shop_reviews="false"]

If I leave a review in the product card, it appears in the admin area > Reviews > Reviews, not in Products > Reviews.

I tried using this shortcode: [cusrev_all_reviews add_review=”true” products=”current” shop_reviews=”false”]

But now I don’t see any reviews in the product card at all.

What should I do?

As I mentioned above:

You can add a product to the Cart > Complete the checkout > Go to admin area > Edit the order and mark the order status as Completed > Send the review reminder > Submit a review to see the product review on the product page.

Or you can use the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] to display the default reviews section and a review form on the product page. After you submit a review on the product page, it is the product review and displayed there.
