Review for Discount page Blank

    Hi, I installed the free version. But when I go to Review for Discount, the page takes a while to load and then it goes?blank. Please advise, thx!

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress then recheck this issue.

    If it happens again, you can enable WP debug log and see if there are some related errors and share the log here. I will help you to check the issue.

    Hi! Thx for the advice. I turned off all the plugins but Reviews and Woocommerce. And switched themes to the default theme. The Review for Discount page is still blank. Also turned on debugging but see no errors. Plz advise.

    Hi,

    Please go the Review for Discount page and open the Inspect Tool of the browser, click on the Console tab and see if there are any Javascript errors there. If yes, please share some screenshots of the error.

    Thx so much. In Safari it shows blank. In chrome is says:

    This page isn’t working. HTTP Error 500

    In the inspector, it says:
    crbug/1173575, non-JS ,nodule files deprecated.
    (anonymous) @ (index):6586
