Review from a software engineer

  • This plugin does not work as advertised. It has many odd side effects, but most importantly the advertised functionality of customizing your checkout page does not work. I’ve sent the exact debug details to their support staff but they refuse to troubleshoot the issue or process a refund. The plugin feels like a complete hack and not something that was built by a professional developer.

    Can you please write in detail about the odd side? Your message is confusing.

    Custom checkout page builder is not included in the free version, I am not sure why you are writing a review about the custom checkout in the free forum support.

    We have checked the custom checkout page builder on our websites, our customer’s websites as well as many premium users are using the custom checkout page builder features.

    We have the guideline about creating the checkout page. You haven’t followed that.
    Steps to create the checkout page:
    Create an Elementor template or use a template from our template library and add that as a checkout page from our setting.

    You have edited your default checkout page. that is why you have faced the problem.

    Here, I can’t verify your purchase. I am not sure you have purchased the item or not.

    I appreciate @dannydandan123 posting here. It is clear he paid for it (can’t get a refund) and posting here about problems with the paid version which, if poorly coded and producing side effects, is important for those considering upgrading to the paid version.

    @dannydandan123, if you resolve the issues or change your assessment, please post an update here. Appreciate you taking the time to share (from one dev to another).
