Can you please try to upload a really small picture with a review (smaller than 50 KB)? And let me know what will happen please.

I uploaded a 38KB. The review is posted but the image is not showing with the review.

What do I need to change to have the image show up and how can I increase the size of the image being uploaded because my customer won’t be aware of how big their image needs to be before uploading it and I don’t want them having any issues when leaving a review.

1. Can you please share URL of the product page where you posted the review with the picture and tell me which review you posted?

2. The image size is limited by your hosting. Please ask your developer to review server settings.

I contacted my hosting and they said they increased it. i tested it but it doesnt seem to be working.

If the upload of large files still doesn’t work, it means that your hosting provider increased some other limit.

The plugin has not technical possibility to increase limits for the size of uploaded files on your server. These limits are defined by the settings of your web server.

Please try the solution with editing htaccess files suggested in this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/help-please-oops-that-page-cant-be-found/. If you have the same hosting hosting provider, it might work for you as well.
