Review is for support not the plugin

The plugin works fairly well for what I need it to do but I have one issue so I contacted “Pro Support”. They have not responded since I figured out a work around that really doesn’t fix the problem but gets me by for now. I have emailed them every day and they won’t respond. The website says “Elementor Pro users enjoy the premium 24/7 support”. I’m not sure what I’m paying for because it has been 4 days now since they responded.
