• The plugin works fairly well for what I need it to do but I have one issue so I contacted “Pro Support”. They have not responded since I figured out a work around that really doesn’t fix the problem but gets me by for now. I have emailed them every day and they won’t respond. The website says “Elementor Pro users enjoy the premium 24/7 support”. I’m not sure what I’m paying for because it has been 4 days now since they responded.

  • I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one they are treating this way, I’ve been trying to get a billing issue sorted for more than a month and still no answer. I’ve explained the issue to them multiple times, and everytime they ask the same stupid questions and then stop responding for a week or so and then ask the same questions
