Review limited to V3 only

After 3 tries at building my form and not being able to easily remove duplicate fields, correct mistakes and losing the form twice so it was not saved. I have had it.The previous version to v3 was not like this. Version 3 needs a lot of work IMO to have a decent customer friendly interface.

The developer contacted me about my concerns. The form builder itself does work and makes a nice form. But the interface could be more user friendly
