    Does this happen on every review, or just that specific review?

    Does it work if you use bulk edit, or does that have the same problem?

    This is happening on all new reviews. It also happens using bulk edit.

    I am using a staging site to troubleshoot. I deactivated all other plugins and am using the Twenty Twenty-One theme, and the issue is still happening.

    I am unable to reproduce this.

    Please try the following:

    1. Hold down the ALT key and run the Migrate Plugin tool.

    2. Next, run the Repair Review Relations tool.

    3. Finally, if it still does not work, please use the Contact Support section on the Help page to contact me directly.

    The problem was caused by invalid foreign table indexes due to migrating the database from production to staging.

    In v5.17.0, this can be fixed by deactivating and reactivating Site Reviews.
