    Hi,

    Thanks for your plugin!

    I want to create a notification for review.

    I have a marketplace for Listings. The listings are in a specific custom post.

    The reviews are also a specific custom post.

    To add a review the user goes on the listing of the vendor, from there he will click on a pop up form to create a review.

    1. What I would need is to get the permalink of the listing page from where the review was posted?
    2. Also, as an admin I can easily get the notification for any new review published. However, I would need the author of the listing to receive the notification. Would that be possible in any way?

    Hi, that really depends on how the plugin for listings and marketplace works. Are the reviews custom post types or rather the custom comment type?

    What you could try is to enable those CPTs in the settings.

    Can you share the plugins you’re using and a link to your site?

    Hi,

    The Reviews are a CPT and the listings which are reviewed are CPTs as well.

    Actually, it is the theme itself that is built this way.

    Oh I see. Then the docs I’ve sent in the previous message should do the trick.

    The issue will be with linking to the specific review though, as the theme doesn’t provide any direct link or page anchor. That would require some custom coding.
