• Hi,

    I have two problems on the account of https://www.wijrijswijk.nl

    Problem one: our account is under ‘review.’ This also happened in february. The message says that in 48 hours the review will be over but that was not the case last time. It took one month to fix it.

    The website says that we should answer some questions about our mailing list but I can’t see where these questions are… not in our mail, not in our account, and not in WordPress.

    Problem two: There is a message: “Your Mailpoet premium plugin is incompatible with the free Mailpoet plugin. Register your key or buy one to update to the newest version”

    We never had this problem before, we have been using the same plugin for over 4 years. How can this be a problem now?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Under the account for https://www.wijrijswijk.nl I see only one starter account, which is currently active.

    If you have a Mailpoet Premium plugin but are using the free account, this would explain the message you are receiving.

    If you have another premium account with us, please let us know!
