review plugin

I am looking for a review plugin that changes the default one into one that is more appealing. I would also like it to compress and turn into a button that says write a review before laying out all the fields for the user(when the user first opens the product page. just so that it looks nicer and cleaner.). If anyone has some suggestions or advice I would be more than grateful to know.
