Review Reminder is being sent every 3 minutes

    Hello,

    I just installed your plugin and have the setting turned on to send reminder for review after order is marked completed. However it has been sending me a reminder every 3 minutes and I now have 7 emails in the last 20 minutes of the same topic.
    How do I ensure that it is only sending 1 email and not multiple

    This plugin only sends one reminder for each time an order is marked completed.
    Please show me the setting of your review reminder.

    Please change the schedule time to minutes, i think that is the case.

    I just created a test order and mark it as completed. However it is not sending anything now, even though notification is set to 5 seconds after order is marked completed.

    It used to work but was sending notification every 3 minutes. I disabled it. However after I enabled it back and changed it to 5 seconds, it does not work.

    I told you to change the schedule time to MINUTES and you still set it to 5 SECONDS?

    Sorry about that. Let me change it to 1 minute now. Is the seconds setting not working?

    I will put the order back into processing and then mark it completed. Will update soon

    It’s been an hour and I havent received any email that invites me to review

    Please note that your order must have at least 1 product that the buyer has not reviewed yet.

    Hmm okay what you say make sense now. I have been using the same product to test. Is there a way to enable buyer to review the product twice if they buy it the 2nd time?

    What do you expect from a customer to review the same product more than 1 time? That makes nonsense.

    1st buy:
    -You: Hey what do you think of product A? Do you like it? Please review it.
    -Customer: Okay 5 stars. Good product.

    2nd buy:
    -You: Hey what do you think of product A? Do you like it? Please review it.
    -Customer: Hey there i already rate it and tell you how i feel about it. Never ask it again.

    3rd buy:
    -You: Hey what do you think of product A? Do you like it? Please review it.
    -Customer: What the heck??? 1 star. Too bothering. Never buy from you anymore…

    Just a joke LOL but it’s quite the same in reality

    Regarding reminder column, it’s only in premium version. Sorry my bad.
