    Hello, In the settings of the emails, I turned on the Review Reminder and the Review for discount options, but the emails are not sent to the customers.

    The ‘Send Test’ works.

    what can be the reason and how can I resolve this issue?

    Hi, thanks for your response,
    I see in all of the orders this message:

    “CR: a review reminder was not scheduled because the customer did not provide their consent.”

    How can I resolve this?

    Hi,

    If the customer didn’t give the consent on the checkout page, they won’t receive the review reminder email.
    The customer has to tick the consent box on the checkout page to receive the email.
