    About six months ago I put in a support ticket about review reminders constantly being disabled on my client’s site, gokeyusa.com. I was instructed to go to https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000587491-automatic-review-reminders-turned-off which I did. On my site, in the Diagnostics settings, Duplicate Site (disable automatic review reminders): is set to No. There is not an active staging site on the gokeyusa.com domain, and the plugin in my local development environment shows that it is a duplicate site under Diagnostics and the automatic Review Reminders are disabled. The plugin still keeps disabling the reminders on my live site. Any suggestions?

    Can you please access your database, table wp_options and check the option name ivole_siteurl to see what value is stored?

    the value stored is “https://www.g_[ivole_siteurl]_okeyusa.com/”

    Please update the option value with this one

    https://g_[ivole_siteurl]_okeyusa.com

    and check this issue again. Let me know how it goes.

    Hello. I’m back to report that even after changing the value in ivole_siteurl, the plugin is still disabling the automatic review reminders on this site.

    Please create a backup of your site then try to deactivate our plugin, delete and re-install it.
