    Hi @ddmmdit,

    The way to go about this would be to first create a review template email. And then create a new Send Event, with action type set to “X Time after Purchase”, Email to Send set to the review template you created earlier and set a delay you want.

    how do i create the review template, bcos there are no review shortcode in the email variable. and another question is how do i make use of the custom elements under the email variables.

    This plugin is not for creating reviews. It’s for creating and sending emails. So what you can create is an email template, not a review template. You can create new email templates right in the Emails tab in the plugin admin. And then use the aforementioned option to set when that email should be sent.

    For the variables, you just have to add a new section to your email, click the Email Variables button and choose the variable you want.
