Review star rating issue

Hi @mysellzer,

When the Star ratings display an SSSSS it’s usually due to the font icon which contains the star icons not loading correctly. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and also any caching plugins which may be activated on your site?

If after clearing your caches your still not seeing the star icons could you reference a link to a product on your site which has reviews associated with it.

Also experiencing the “not solid star” issue reported here.

@stuartduff, I noticed you didn’t acknowledge or address this issue in your response. Could you please look into it for us.

Yes, I’ve tried clearing browser cache and caching plugins. I even tried accessing the store from different browsers in incognito mode. But it makes no difference.

Thanks for confirming you’ve tested the browser caches etc as it’s appreciated.

With regards to the non-solid stars, is the screenshot you provided from the default single product pages of WooCommerce?

Could you also let us know which exact section of your site is displaying the stars as SSSSS and not loading the star icons? Is that on product reviews or when using shortcodes or blocks to display products?

You are right and thank you for spotting this! This is definitely a bug and it was already troubleshooted and fixed here:

There’s no estimated time for the fix for now, but based on the last comments it should come out soon.

Has the update fixing this issue been released yet? My stars are still hollow with the most recent version.

Waiting on the non-hollow star fix, patiently… hollow stars make it appear like products are rated zero……

Any fixes yet anyone???

I also have this issue as people coming on our sites can easily be surprised !
