    Hi

    I’ve tried several times to import the reviews from my tripadvisor page, but it seems to fail the import. I’ve waited several ours

    Now the plugin says

    There are no reviews on your Tripadvisor platform.

    i’ve switched to your plugin wp testimonials.

    The issue is present also on the tripadvisor widget wizard on trustindex site.

    Perhaps the curlpit is the time to perform download of the reviews.
    The plugin ad the site say “the review will be downloaded in few minutes”
    but it seems that the time needed is more. At least 24 hour.
    However the plugin is awesome.

    I was having the same problem. I tried everything and nothing worked, until I followed the steps in the Advanced tab and carried out the processes in step 3, regarding the cache plugin, everything returned to normal.
