Review with only 4 stars

I think that what is going on here is that your current theme is affecting how reviews display as mentioned in this article: https://woocommerce.com/posts/reviews-woocommerce-best-practices/

You can confirm that by temporarily switching to a WooCommerce compliant theme like Storefront and checking on how review stars display with Storefront.
Once you confirm that your theme is behind the behaviour, please get in touch with your theme authors to receive accurate guidance on the issue.

im currently using Kava theme from Crocoblocks, their technical support told me isn’t theme issue, im really surprised of that.

Did you try to temporarily switch to a WooCommerce compliant theme like Storefront as suggested in my previous response?

What were your observations? If the reviews feature works as expected with Storefront, then it falls under the jurisdiction of the theme authors (Crocoblocks) to address the issue on their end if they like.
