Review works in preview, but not when published

Hello,
I encounter this problem every single time I try to make the rating work. When I set up a new page, insert a shortocode, and press on “preview” the ratings on the page work fine. However, when I press the “publish” button after creating a new page, the reviews on the site look like this, even though I added a description and several rating features.

Can you please help me with this issue?
