Reviewed / Rated products appear first when sorted by price low to high

When the products are sorted by price low to high, on shop or category archives, the products that have reviews/rating come first.

Anyone with similar issue? and possible solutions?

That is an interesting situation. I can see that the “Round Diamond Bezel Ring – Rose Gold” ring is less expensive than the first one listed but it’s still showing later in the order.
On my test site, I can’t duplicate this. For me, it’s sorting by price first. Here’s a screenshot from my shop page for reference.
You mentioned testing this with the Storefront theme. Did you test it with only WooCommerce active? If you haven’t tried that yet, I would recommend giving that a shot and see if it affects the sort order.
Let us know what you find out.
