Hide avatart:

    display:none!important;
}

Or fix size this image:

.woocommerce #reviews #comments ol.commentlist li img.avatar {
    margin: 10px!important;
    width: 45px!important;
}

You should put one of those css code at the end of current active theme’s style.css file.
