    It appears that the current system configuration allows the administrator to respond to reviewers, but unfortunately, it doesn’t enable reviewers to reply to the administrator’s responses.

    We believe that it’s essential to maintain an open and fluid interaction between both parties without any limitations.

    Fortunately, we’ve invested in premium support, which should provide the necessary features and flexibility to ensure a seamless and unrestricted dialogue between administrators and reviewers.

    If there are any specific steps or adjustments needed to achieve this, please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to assist in implementing them to enhance the interaction experience.

    Site Reviews only supports a single response to a review from the admin user (or from a user which has response capabilities in the admin).

    You can review the current features provided in Site Reviews Premium here.

    Support for review commenting (review discussions) is planned for a future addon, but there is no timeframe at the moment. See also:?https://github.com/pryley/site-reviews/blob/main/ROADMAP.md

    As part of this system, we have enabled each user to submit a single review per blog post. To enhance user experience, we’ve also implemented a dedicated page within the member area, allowing users to conveniently view their own reviews for each post.

    However, we have encountered an issue in the process. Users are expressing a strong desire to respond to our responses but currently lack the capability to do so. This has created an unfortunate bottleneck in our system, affecting the user experience.

    As explained above, review discussions is not provided by Site Reviews. It is a feature planned for a future premium addon, but there is currently no timeframe or release date for this feature.

    Until the Review Discussions addon is developed and released, I am unable to assist you with this feature.
