All the forms on the website loading with javascript are not working after we enabled the reviews add-on

I dont see happy.js issue anymore. the reviews form also working, could please tell me which forms are not working when review plugin is activated

When you visit the provided link, please also check the console tab, in developer tools, to see the relevant error.
