Reviews and Templates missing

    Using latest WP and WP Google Review plugin 15.7 – first time I had an issue.

    Working locally all the reviews and my templates all of a sudden were gone – trying to re-download the reviews also failed.

    Had to de-activate/re-activate the plugin, then the reviews could be downloaded but I had to recreate the templates.

    Would be good to have an import/export template function.

    That is strange. Sounds like the custom tables in your WordPress database got deleted for some reason. I have seen some of the database cleaner/optimizer plugins mess with the tables.

    The Pro version does allow for exporting and importing of templates.

    I did use WP Sweep recently to optimise the DB – I will try and test to see if I can replicate, is it just the wp_wpfb_reviews and wp_wpfb_post_templates tables that are used
