Reviews are not being submitted

  • I have setup a page https://www.palcomonline.com/blog/company/customers/
    with this [WPCR_INSERT] shortcode and have not enabled the WP-customer-reviews on the page. please see the page.

    Till sometime back it worked very well and we got some reviews and these were being shown on reviews list, from where I used to approve them with some modifications.

    Suddenly this has stopped working, reviews are being submitted, but the msg after submission of the review does not come up after clicking submit button. also these are not shown on the pending reviews list.

    I am unable to figure out what is wrong.

    Please help me.

    Hello Ashish,

    I just installed this plugin, and I am having the same problem you are. I submit reviews and they do not show up in the page or even appear under pending reviews. Were you able to figure it our by any chance?

    This is the shortcode that I am currently using:

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”699″ NUM=”3″ SNIPPET=”50″ MORE=”VIEW MORE”]

    I am having the same problem.

    I think it might due to the upgraded version of WordPress. The plugin may not be suitable with WordPress 3.8.1

    yes vkumar14 i used wordpress 3.8.1 and the same problem for me.. i used shortcode of plugin in template. customer review form display in page but form not submit…whats the solution of this problem… change plugin or not…?

    Having a similar problem…I have entered several ‘reviews’ using the form and nothing shows up.
    Is anyone even reading these posts, that actually knows what’s going on?? Looks like no one from the plugin is even looking at posts here…the first post is from a month ago! What the heck…do they not want people to use this plugin?

    The short code of plugin show only form and no submit form.. because wp-customer review plugin say no shortcode work see in plugin setting content.. form submit through page not submit template with shortcode.
