How were you trying to display the reviews on the page? i.e. Which Gutenberg block and parameters? Or which exact shortcode?
What version of the plugin are you using?
Also, if you do have a caching plugin on your site, or perhaps caching at the hosting level, that could definitely be an element to monitor. We just released a huge update (+3.0.0). So it could be possible that, if you have caching at the site level, it’s serving an old version of the page to certain users. For this, I would clear the cache in the plugin, or even temporarily deactivate any caching plugins, to make sure to get rid of the issue.
