Reviews are not shown on the website

    Hi!

    Recently we noticed that reviews do not show on our website, only native woocommerce reviews are shown. Reviews are enabled in Product settings.

    Also we see that some reviews have status “Private”. Does it mean they won’t show on the website? And if yes, can we change it?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please follow this solution Reviews Not Showing on Product Page
    to display reviews section on the product page.

    Regarding the private reviews, they are still available on your site but not published on cusrev.com. You can go to Reviews > Settings > CusRev.com tab > Change the mode to Live and collect new reviews in Live mode.

    Hello! Thank you for the provided information, the problem most likely has something to do with plugins. Are there any specific plugins CusRev has conflicts with? For example, we recently started using WooCommerce Subscriptions, could it be a problem?
    And is there any way to overcome the problem without turning off the plugins? As we need all of them.

    Hi,

    Our plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions and this plugin does not have the option to disable the reviews section on your site.
    Please follow the solution above and let me know which step you are doing. If it is step 4, that means there is a plugin that disables the reviews section on your site. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and recheck this issue.
