reviews aren’t display due to error

Hi, unfortunately after configured your plugins Google and booking reviews are not displayed … error and a message with red. background says your reviews are downloading … inside the plugin dashboard i have this message:

Your reviews are being downloaded. This process should only take a few minutes.
While you wait, you can start setting up the widget with some review templates.
