Reviews by customers cannot be published on our website

    Hi,

    When we receive the reviews from our customers we cannot publish them on our website only on our social media. when we go to the plugin on WordPress it shows 5 reviews on “All” section but reviews are not visible

    “pending” section shows 5 reviews as well but no reviews visible

    and we just updated to the latest free version of the plugin less than an hour ago. It has been with this issue for about 2 months

    we would like to use the reviews got via this plugin at the max

    How do we fix this?

    WPML should add a language switcher to your admin panel. Please try switching it to ‘All languages’ and check if reviews appear.

    wpml language switcher already appears to our admin panel and all the languages are displayed

    Can you please provide a full screenshot of “Reviews” page in our plugin’s menu (including all other screen elements such as WPML switcher)? The previous screenshots that you shared do not show the full screen.

    we did this, we published some of the reviews but the valuation is visible 5 stars but can’t click on the stars. how to make the published reviews visible on the product page?

    we published some of the reviews found on “all reviews” page but they don’t show up up in the actual product page

    We noticed now that the customer reviews are under “Comments” section. Thing is we do not want anyone to write comments on our website such as spam just people that purchased the products. here is the screenshot of this https://paste.pics/B796W

    I’m not sure if you are using a theme that is fully compatible with WooCommerce and is able to display reviews on product pages. As the next step, I recommend you to temporarily activate any official WooCommerce or WordPress theme (e.g., https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and check if it resolves the issue. Please share a full-screen screenshot of the product page with the official theme enabled.
