• I installed Rich Reviews on a site and it showed up in my plugins twice, which is weird. I didn’t think plugins could have multiple instances installed in WordPress. I didn’t notice this until I set up the plugin with many reviews and got the shortcodes where they needed to be. I deleted the extra plugin and all of the sudden the reviews disappeared off the home page. Teh shortcode is still there, the reviews are still listed under approved reviews. So I’m at a loss why this happened and how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

BTW the site is spaathena.com. You’ll see the form on the left. The reviews are supposed to appear towards the bottom of the home page content before the buttons for the gift certificate and schedule and appointment.

Also, they disappeared on this site too: comprenfc.com

Have you updated the category slug? The way Rich Reviews works, and personally I think its really bad, is that it shows the reviews based on the category slug. If you change the category slug to increase SEO exposure then the reviews disapear. Why not make it easier for everyone and have the reviews show up based on category ID? this will never change
