From what you describe this could be likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

I tested it before and nothing is causing a conflict. I always use the same plugins and theme and always have worked great, but don’t know what’s going on with this site and don’t know what to do.

So can you confirm this happens with the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin active?

The issue is that, with the recent WooCommerce update, there might have been changes in the core plugin such that your theme or one or more of your existing plugins might be incompatible, using deprecated functions, making conflicting commands, etc. and therefore causing trouble.

I’d also suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Lastly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello @rainfallnixfig Exactly just with WooCommerce and Storefront theme, activating one by one the plugins and checking them individually.

I have the 5.5.2 version of WooCommerce. I have the message of a big update: 5.6.0 but I always wait until the next update.

Hey @patriquin,

Thank you for sending over your System Status Report.

Running outdated versions of WooCommerce can cause trouble and some unexpected behaviors such as the one you’re experiencing.

My suggestion for you here is to set up a staging site, replicating an exact copy of your site, and have all plugins including WooCommerce updated. You can then try to run a basic configuration with the default theme and WooCommerce only active to see if that helps solve the issue. If all is okay then you’re safe to update WooCommerce on your live site as well without having to worry. As usual, it’s always good having a backup in place.

Your hosting company may include an option for a staging environment, otherwise we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Upon further checking your System Status I can see also your MySQL Version is outdated. We recommend MySQL version 5.6 or greater: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

Once you do updates and still having trouble you’ll want to reach back with any error logs found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. We’ll be happy to take a further look.

I’ve contacted my hosting and everything is ok. I’ve contacted Elementor just in case it was their plugin and they say: “the “Product Data Tabs” is constructed by WooCommerce therefore it does not come under Elementor control”.

I’m still having problem with this reviews tabs.

You could spin up a live replica of the site, a staging site, where we could check the issue further without affecting the production site. Some hosts offer Staging sites, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

In the meantime, kindly crosscheck the following:
* You’ve checked the enable product reviews box at WooCommerce → Settings → Products → General > Enable reviews.
* You do not have any custom code to disable or hide the reviews.

I appreciate your reply. Kindly note that the forum guidelines prohibit both the request and sharing of credentials, including test IDs and passwords.

Mods here will be able to remove the credentials shared, but kindly change them on your side as well.

That said, is it possible to temporarily remove the Coming Soon page on your site and share a link to a product we could try to check with? If you wish to hide design elements of the site, you can set non-WooCommerce pages as drafts so that they are not visible when you remove the Coming Soon page.

Don’t ask anyone to log into your site, anyone taking advantage of that offer could be banned from the WordPress site. Making that offer is the equivalent of giving a stranger your house keys and telling them when you will be out of town. It’s very unsafe and not permitted.
