    Hello,

Is it possible to create different reviews for different products?

Right now, the same reviews are posted on all the pages where the blocks are added.

    Thank you

    Yes.

If you are using the shortcodes, use the assigned_posts option on each.

If you are using the Blocks or Elementor Widgets, use the block/widget Assignment options.

If you are using Woocommerce, check out the Woocommerce Reviews add-on.

Make sure to also read the Getting Started welcome page.

Thanks for the help. I added the review and latest review forms, then selected limit the reviews for the current page. As I check this option for the latest reviews block, it says there are no reviews yet. However, the reviews are shown on another page with lots of previous reviews.

Were the previous reviews assigned to the page when they were submitted?

If you did not previously have the assigned option set on the review form, then the previous reviews will be unassigned. In which case, you will need to manually assign the previous reviews.

Here is how to see if your reviews have been assigned to a page:

So, the issue with not displaying the review on the given page was that it was not published but private.

Selecting the reviews to display on the current page does filtrate the previous reviews, and only the new ones are shown. However, the other pages still show the old and new reviews together.

I see. Should that be done on each review or we can select the entire block?

Also, is there a way to assign them to multiple pages because they are displayed on a few?

If you don’t use the assigned options on those other pages, then Site Reviews will display all reviews.

That is how it’s supposed to work.

Think of the assigned options as filters. When you use them, you are filtering which reviews are displayed. When you don’t use them, then you are not filtering the reviews.

You might also want to to enable the “Enable Assigned Links” setting.

    Ok, I got the idea.

Thank you very much for your help.

You can bulk-edit reviews on the All Reviews page in the same way that you can bulk-edit Posts. If you need to manually assign multiple reviews that were already submitted, then that is the way to do it.

Also, is there a way to assign them to multiple pages because they are displayed on a few?

Yes, reviews can be assigned to multiple pages, users, and categories.

Here I am limiting reviews to those assigned to the current page (post_id) and to pages with a Post ID of 13 and 25.
