Reviews for grouped products

  • Hello all,

    I have several grouped products. Unfortunately, CusRev only sends out reminders to have customers review the single products inside the grouped one. Those then do not show on the grouped products pages. Meaning they are of no use at all, since they never show.

    Is there a re solution to have customer review the grouped products?
    Or alternatively to show the reviews of the single products on the grouped products pages?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    You can use a review shortcode with the attribute products to display reviews from a/some product by IDs, for example [cusrev_all_reviews products=”11,12,13″], on the group product page. Where 11, 12, 13 are IDs of the product items.

    Please go to Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab > Enable Reviews Shortcodes and read the details on the right side.
