I checked your website and it looks like you have PhotoSwipe disabled in WooCommerce. PhotoSwipe is the library for generation of fancy lightboxes and gallery sliders. By default, it is enabled in WooCommerce 3.0+ and used by my plugin for image galleries. However, it looks like you have it disabled. Please contact the developer who created your website and ask to enable it.

I found an option on the theme that needed to be deactivated and it worked.
