    I’m currently facing an issue with the basic plugin when attempting to import product reviews using the provided sample CSV file. Unfortunately, instead of being imported into the intended “Products > Reviews” section, they are being directed to the “Comments” section.

    I have followed the instructions closely and used the sample CSV file provided. However, the unexpected behavior persists. Any insights or guidance on what might be causing this deviation from the expected behavior would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We tried importing the product reviews using the sample CSV file, and they are imported into the Products>Reviews section, not the Comments section.

    Please make sure that the ID in the comment_post_ID column is the ID of the target product to which you are trying to import the review. Also, please share a screenshot of your review import mapping screen.

    Thank you! The comment_post_ID is what was causing the issue, as I left it blank and just imported the product reviews by SKU.
